Founded in 1975, Qingdao Huahai Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd. (the former name is State-owned Qingdao No.7 Rubber Products Factory) is China's largest and technologically advanced manufacturer of rubber dams, oil spill response equipments and rubber products.
